Biometric Device Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the biometric device offered with the 2-Year Premium Bundle (INR 12,000 / 24-month plan).
1. Plan Eligibility
The biometric device is provided free of cost only with the 24-month 2-Year Premium Bundle plan priced at INR 12,000. This offer is applicable only to new customers and first-time plan activation.
2. Ownership
The biometric device remains the property of Spartix Manager during the active service period and until continuous service completion or renewal.
3. Return Requirement
If the subscription is discontinued, cancelled, or not renewed after expiry, the biometric device must be returned in working condition.
4. Damage or Non-Return
Physical damage, loss, or non-return of the biometric device may result in additional charges.
